Now, there are two main types of exercise that you should incorporate into your regime. This is weight training and cardio. If you are lifting weights then this will help you build up muscle and in turn will make you burn calories faster.
For cardio you should look to to high intensity work because if you are going to go slow and stead like in a marathon you'll not get into the fat burning zone. Time is of the essence if you're looking to fat from your belly in just two weeks.
A good cardio exercise to to buy a mini-trampoline and all you need to do is jump on it whilst watching TV or listening to music. It's certainly not an expensive item to buy and fit nicely under your bed when you're not using it.
Another item that's well worth buying is the swiss ball. It's really popular these days with loads of people (men and women alike) using them in gyms. If you aren't sure about how to use it you should go to classes at a local gym or buy one along with a DVD that you can follow. This is perhaps that best method for working out your abdominal muscles and the following day you'll really be able to feel that your abs have had a really good work out.
